How Our Pricing Works

Instead of standard packages like “Silver” or “Deluxe”, we follow a consult-first, quote-next model.

What influences pricing:

• Type of Shoot – Wedding / Event / Pet / Portrait / Food / Maternity etc
• Number of Sessions / Days
• Team Size – Based on coverage needed
• Deliverables – Photo edits, video films, albums, reels etc
• Location – Studio / On-location / Travel required

Booking & Payment Terms

• 50% advance to confirm the booking
• 50% due one week before the shoot
• Any extra hours or sessions will be billed separately
• All payments to include your name and quote ID

Copyright & Usage

All images and videos shot by Bephotoed remain our creative property. We may use selected visuals for a portfolio or social media (with respect).
